Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between myHROnline,
LLC and You. Use of the myHROnline website at http://www.myhronline.com, or any
website displaying or referring to these Terms and Conditions, will be
considered acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Submitting payment to
myHROnline will also constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Clicking the “I Accept” button at the bottom of this screen will also
constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. It is Your responsibility

Acceptable Uses for This Site
You can use this site for posting general information for Your Employees to
review and print. This site is not designed for posting sensitive or
confidential information. This site is designed for posting benefits and
employment information for any of Your Employees to review.
You agree to keep Your password confidential.
myHROnline provides You with a feature that allows You to delegate access to a
third party. If You utilize this feature, You will generally be allowed to send
an email to a User with a special link that allows the User to access Your
secure portion of the website. This access cannot be limited to one topical
area and allows the User to review or modify any Content You have posted. The
User could even post new Content. myHROnline advises You to exercise great
caution when delegating access in this manner. myHROnline is not responsible
for any unauthorized activity that results from Your use of the delegation

will refund a prorated portion of Your payment, excluding any initial fees or
start-up costs.

the Alliance Partners against any claim or lawsuit based on Your use of this
site, the Content, Your activity or the activity of Your Employees. This includes
any claim or lawsuit based on the Content of User postings.
ALLIANCE PARTNERS
Alliance Partners are not partners, agents or employees of myHROnline and myHROnline
is not responsible or liable for any actions or failures to act by Alliance

JURISDICTION AND CHOICE OF LAW PROVISIONS
